Buy ticket online, it pays off!

For an easier and more economical travel experience, we recommend that you buy your ticket on our website or in our App the day before departure. That way, you can take advantage of our favorable offers and secure the best prices.

Our cheapest low-cost tickets, available for purchase on the website or in the App, are valid from 2 hours before to 10 hours after the selected departure time. This gives you the flexibility to plan your trip within this time window.

Do you want even more flexibility? Choose our Full Flex tickets, which are valid for a full 15 days before and after the original departure date. This option gives you extra freedom to customize your travel plans.

To secure the best ticket price, we recommend that you book in advance the day before departure. Tickets bought on the website or in the App on the same day as departure have the same price as tickets bought on board with the driver.

Remember that we also offer practical return tickets on our website and in the App, so you can plan your return journey easily.

Please note that you can book up to 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time on our website or our App from the relevant stop. This ensures that everything is ready for a smooth and comfortable start to the journey.

  • Tickets purchased on our website can be changed by contacting customer support at e-mail torp@unibuss.no or telephone 67 98 04 80.
  • You can purchase online tickets up to 20 minutes before the scheduled time

When buying tickets by phone, there will be an administration fee of 49, – per order.

Booked online tickets cannot be canceled but change date.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of a bus ticket on the Internet.

The tickets are valid only with the information provided on the ticket.

• Adult ticket applies to travelers between the ages of 16 and 67

• Child ticket applies to children between 4 and 16 years

• Children under 4 travel free of charge with their own ticket

  • Student ticket is only granted to students / students who are 16 years and older and who can present a valid school or student certificate (University, colleges, academies, pupils at public schools and approved private schools of the same kind by the public. Student discount should only be given when the student / student participates in ordinary teaching, not by special courses, internships, apprentices, etc.
    • For foreign students, the same regulations and requirements apply for identification.
  • Senior ticket applies to the following passenger groups: People over the age of 67, have a valid senior card, blind and deafblind (not applicable to the companion).

Travel terms regarding luggage

§ 9 Hand luggage

Travelers can freely bring easy-to-handle items (hand luggage) with a total weight of up to 20 kg for each ticket. The luggage must be placed so that it does not annoy the traveler or prevent entry and exit.

f. Liability and compensation for luggage

i. Unibuss Ekspress is not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage, unless it is due to negligence on our part. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance, see also chapter || § 12 “Conditions for transport with scheduled bus transport in Norway”.

ii. You must make sure that you bring your own luggage when departing. Baggage stretches are clearly marked with the name of the phone number. Unfortunately, the driver does not have the opportunity to verify that everyone is carrying the right luggage, and Unibuss Ekspress is not liable for loss of luggage or damage to other travelers.

In case of confusion of luggage, our support office will, on request, try to put you in contact with the person who has mistaken their luggage.
